PEP is an employment agency and a member of the Australian Government’s Disability Employment Services. PEP is funded by the Commonwealth Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations.

PEP Employment is a not for profit organisation administered by a board of directors who have wide ranging professional experience and links to the community.
We have been providing employment and vocational opportunities to the residents of the northern suburbs of Sydney and the NSW Central Coast for more than ten years.

The PEP mission is to identify and remove barriers to employment encountered by people with mental health or behavioural disorders.

Specialist Provider

If you have experienced problems in finding or maintaining employment because of the emergence of symptoms such as:

Severe anxiety  |  Mood disorder  |  Loss of motivation  |  Relapse into alcohol or drug misuse

Please feel free to contact PEP to learn more about the support we can provide. If you live in northern Sydney or the Central Coast area, aged between 15 and 64 years, with experience of mental health problems affecting your performance or job opportunities, you might want to access our services.

There are no fees or charges, PEP is funded by the Commonwealth’s Employment Services Support Program.
